During the summer of 2009, while I was finishing my marketing degree at University of Florida, I worked as an intern at Cole Haan in New York City. There I was responsible for conducting research for the brand's e-commerce site, as well as developing ideas to enhance our social media outlets. One of the more exciting projects that I got to work on was helping the marketing department to better understand how to market celebrity tennis champion Maria Sharapova's signature shoe and handbag collection to a younger audience.

I have grown up as a Florida Gator fan, and I still attend almost every home football game. When given the opportunity, I love to travel as much as I can. I'm a true Florida girl at heart, so when I'm not at work or at school, chances are you will find me at the beach. I also love to play tennis and go to concerts.
